Use PayPal for PlayStation Network Purchases

It came to Europe a while ago, and now PayPal for PlayStation Network purchases has come to North America. If you sign in to your PlayStation account on SonyEntertainmentNetwork.com, you can use PayPal to add funds to your wallet.


Manage that account!


Login at SonyEntertainmentNetwork.com
Click “Add Funds to Wallet” from the Account Management screen
Click “Add Funds to Wallet” on the next screen
And there’s PayPal

At the moment, there’s no way to add funds via PayPal from your PlayStation 3. It’s an online only option. Thanks to PSNStores.com for tipping us off via Twitter.

eh, I'd still rather just use psn cards. I use to get paid for some freelance jobs through paypal, guaranteeing there was always a few hundred in my account. those days are gone now. wouldve been handy 2 yrs ago.

Cheaper for me to use Paypal. The stores that sell cards here add on a little more to make a profit for themselves. Even if I buy a code on ebay, the Sellers add on a few dollars more for themselves. With Paypal, its the exact amount paid.

I never trust my credit card info on psn. Shit I use paypal to free xbox live gold membership.
