Actually... This shit is pretty common in rural parts of Maine & Canada. Alot of people who've never really seen a fully grown Moose can't fully comprehend how much bigger they are than deer. They're pretty massive.

"An adult bull moose in its prime will weigh as much as 1,800 pounds and stand as tall as 8 or 9 feet, moose pose serious risks to motorists".

"Thirty-three people have been killed in car-moose collisions in Maine since 1995, according to crash statistics maintained by the Maine Department of Transportation".




I remember a family of four hit a moose in some kinda Honda type vehicle like less than 5 minutes from their house. Totalled the car, killed all four people inside and the moose got up and walked the fuck off.
