I don't think it was ever exclusive anything. I think its not dropping in Japan for 360, but I may be wrong.

It was never exclusive, you pieces of trash.

They just announced it at 360's conference because MGS4 was PS3 exclusive so the announcement of 360 getting MGS was supposed to be a game changer type of moment.
