no the syrup makes me sleepy it really does the only think i like about it is cause at night time everything is really really bad from coughing to wheezing to cant breath and the syrup mkaes me sleep thruout the night i wont cough at all but during the day i cant take it cause it will make me sleepy and i dont want to be sleeping all day like that..
