If I'm not mistaken Game went 3x plat on Aftermath. That's 4 multi plat artist on one label. Where they do that at?

Perhaps the deal he was offered was not that lucrative. Ask Truth Hurts if being affiliated with Dre and Interscope guarantees commercial success and Grammy awards.

It wouldn't have made sense. Nas was already successful on his own. The work that he did do w/ Dre at that point wasn't really popular amongst either of their fans. "Phone Tap" is the only song that got praise that like that. The other Dre productions on that album featuring Nas were slept on. Then, "Nas Is Coming" from IWW is widely considered the worst song on that album.

I don't think the same thing that happened to Ra would've happened to Nas. It was five years before Ra dropped an album after leaving Aftermath. That was longer than the time that he was on the label. Meanwhile, Busta was also on the label and dropped an album within the 2.5-3 years, he was on the label.

he didn't need to sign to dre, they coud've worked together more tho. he could've used some help on SD good album but some of those tracks need to be scrapped
