WWE is a stepping stone for 95% of these broads, that's why diva turnover is always so high. Not many of them stay more than 4 years.

I think Layla the longest tenured Diva on the roster now and she's only been there since 2006.

I would perfer them have more wrestling ability to start with. Theres tons of attractive female indy wrestlers out there but I guess WWE wants its normal model turned wrestler diva. So its gonna be more filler between matches.
