At the Time it was Its Dark, Jay's Hard Knock life was getting good rotation at the time also, didnt hear 400 till 99 and later on 400 Degreez became a personal favorite from this era.

X crushed the game under his boot in 1998. I remember seeing the Stop Being Greedy video for the first time. That shit was nuts, I always liked that track more than Ruff Ryders Anthem.

Almost chose Lauren...in those times, Miseducation felt like a RnB album...which was much more of it's own genre then, than it is now. This album was the first big album of an artist that could sing and rap well. There were others before but not on this level.

Now we got Drake doing it...

But yeah, X smashed it for me that year...Big Pun as well tho..
