Right now im just focusing on getting this degree and moving to Switzerland so i can make some real money...

I'm in Switzerland now bruh. what you need to know?

still got at least two years to make the move. but how is zurich or switzerland as whole? never been there. Also how true is that you cannot get employment unless you know german, i will be getting into software development.

Swiss German. if you speak Swiss German and English, you good. but even high German is widely excepted.

but yes, it would be very hard to find a job outside of the pharma industry or Nestle.

Zurich is the shit. It's like a college town. you cont compare it to other places in Swiss. in Geneva you need money. In Basel, it's a small town with not much to do but masquerades as a big international city.

once you get a gig here....you will make a shit load of money, but things cost alot. si get ready to make like over $100k but a burger costing 11 ch.

it's the most forward thinking ass backwards country in the world

From what i have been reading there should be a good amount of dev jobs google and ibm are in zurich plus there is also the banks. yep my motivation to move there is mostly for the money but also to take things to the next level i could stay in the uk but the salaries are better in zurich than london

alot of people I know commute to London everyday. it's an hour flight.

they do have tins if banks...but they are hard to get into if your not Swiss.

also, IC you want to know if it's black people in Switzerland.... Bern and Biel is Like Atlanta.

dominicans and Africans all thru there..

    nice bodies too.

salute might hit up behind the scenes if i do make the move

dont let it get to you.

it can begin to bother you after a while, trust me.

but look at it like this.

you can either lower your standards to make them happy and you resent where you could go with your potential that could help generations down the line, or you can do you....and be the Patriarch of your family, the one who started it all.

    it has to start somewhere

I'm so close to paying off my student loans, any money I get I go to Chase Bank and deposit it and immediately call my student loan company to make a payment. I told the beautiful Latina bank teller about it just now, and she gave no fucks. She got upset with having to remind me about the policy that apparently you cannot make deposits at the bank only using coins. I respect the policy, but few people truly comprehend the motivation I have to get out of debt.

The most painstakingly crafted plans are useless if we can't manage to act on them.
That's why entrepreneur and bestselling author Tony Robbins says that success is achieved through a plan that is 80 percent psychological and 20 percent strategic. First and foremost, your mind has to be set.
"What we really have to do is get ourselves to follow through, and the reason why most people don't follow through is because their psychology is messed up," Robbins tells CNBC. "How do you change your psychology? I don't mean be positive, I mean be smart."

Identifying unconscious mistakes we might be making is key. In his new book "Unshakeable," Robbins lays out some of the most common mental traps and presents a blueprint for avoiding them.
"PSYCHOLOGY EITHER MAKES OR BREAKS YOU."
    -Tony Robbins, Author, "Unshakeable"
In most cases, Robbins says, our challenges are born from inaccurate recollections and false beliefs. Some of the biggest issues he sees among his clients are confirmation bias, recency bias and loss aversion. Here's how you can learn to overcome each.
Confirmation bias, or a pattern in which individuals seek only information that will reaffirm what they already believe to be true, can be countered by asking challenging questions of yourself and others and seeking out informed individuals that disagree with you.
Recency bias is the belief that current trends, good or bad, will continue. Robbins says the solution is to create a checklist of all the steps you're taking towards your goal and refer to it frequently. That will help you stay on track, whatever current conditions may be.
Loss aversion is the tendency to recall negative experiences more readily than positive ones and to let those darker memories shape your expectations for the future. This can be overcome, Robbins says, by actively planning in advance for challenges and setbacks. These bumps in the road are inevitable and don't need to be feared.
By identifying the ways in which psychology can work against you, Robbins says, you can establish a healthier outlook. That makes executing a smart strategy far simpler.
"Psychology either makes or breaks you," Robbins writes, "so it's imperative to have a robust system that enables you to stay on target."

My life is like a kettlebell training

    No fancy
    No smoke and mirrors
    No ego
    Effort
    Discipline
    Plan

MY boss was telling me how crazy how was to save half my salary. He told me that i should have some plesure in life. I asked him why should i change my plan and goals if im smiling and living way less stressed?
He didnt have an answer to that.

Cause in the end it comes down to this : no stress, happyness, progress, opprtunities.

Evrytime somebody tries to derail you from that ask him how stressed he is when he goes to his mailbox. Ask him about his car payments. Ask him about how much he got left by the 15 th of the month.

Most of them will put their head down and stay speechless. They will even get mad at you lol.

we all need to help and hold each other accountable.

we can make this right....we can create something powerful

if i am fukkin up ...i need someone to tell me

but i also need to have someone help me if i ask for it....

or maybe just help cause i said i ran into a problem and didnt ask for help.

what is the harm in helping just because...

did it harm you in anyway....does it make you feel a grown man can do it himself.

do you feel ...since you made it without ...he should be able to as well....

guess what...we never know when we may be on the other end of that need......

so i will go outta my way just because i want to help.

people talk about karma.....but what about the positive things that come back because of the positive you out out there......

You know @2stepz_ahead man I try my best at all times to not depend on anyone I really try until well yeah I need some help. But even than I can't help but think Danm I really wish you didn't have to go out of your way to help me because for some sick reason yo I feel like sometimes people just want to help to be able to ask back in return from you or directly hold one against you just in case. I know there are still good people out there like you that hey they wanna help just because in fact is crazy but I am like that very much. I just hate the notion of someone like I said helping me and no is not because it makes me feel better than anyone it just satisfies me and allows me to feel free and dependent. A lot of times though I wonder if that drags me back some towards betterness although I feel like it has held me steady on my way forward idk if I make sense.

I know there are still good people out there like you that hey they wanna help just because in fact is crazy but I am like that very much. I just hate the notion of someone like I said helping me and no is not because it makes me feel better than anyone it just satisfies me and allows me to feel free and dependent. A lot of times though I wonder if that drags me back some towards betterness although I feel like it has held me steady on my way forward idk if I make sense.

bruh..i understand and it does make sense

you have to change how you think an who is around you.

but i understand your point. some people are just like that. but you cant let them stop your progress.

its 7billion other souls out there that dont deserve to be shut out and could potentially change your life which can change your families life for the better. but if you dont allow it because of something your feeling, you can only blame you. you should get to the root of why you feel like that.

i have had many mentors. i often go back to say thank you in some sort of way....but i can honestly say...none of them expected anything from me except my best. and if i was slipping they came down hard on me because they put their neck on the line. at times i didnt understand but now i do.

i would just say....before you ask for or accept help in the future, watch how that person carries themselves. that can tell you alot. then you will know how to approach them and how to deal with them and if thats even an option you want to deal with. You might just have to say...let me think about it, to give yourself time to think about it.

but dont think you can do this alone...we all need help in some capacity. its honorable that you want to do it, but dont make it harder on yourself than it has to be. its already not easy.

as long as you believe in you...thats the first and most major step.

trust your instincts and give yourself time to assess.
