MIDWEST nomination thread

StewStew Rap Music Is My ReligionWe run this spot like a Chinese sweatshopPosts: 48,333 Regulator
Turn Of The Millennium Tournament. 4 Regions, 64 rappers total. The rapper has to have debuted a mixtape or album POST 1999( a little leeway for somebody that came out 4th qt of 1999, google is your friend if you're not sure). Rappers that were in a group Pre 2000 but never released a solo until after do qualify unless its a rapper from the heart of the 90s(use your best judgement, you know who to put here and who not to).

This thread is for the midwest region nominations only so nominate 20 rappers from the midwest. If you nominate more than 20 Ill cut off whoever you put after 20, only 16 can be in a region. Ill tally up the votes and come up with the full bracket by sometime next week. Feel free to ask any questions.

It was tricky with them cause fantastic volume 1 was only bootlegged in 97, It wasn't an official release. So I just put them anyway. If that don't count stew just take them out

I think Dilla should count. Dudes released whole albums of him rapping and was part of Slum Village rapping.

Sure he did more producing than rapping, but he has albums of him rapping. One wasnt released though.

I only heard like 2 verses from Hi Tek.
