I say Drake. Wayne has a much better flow and has multiple flows, Drake has just one. But Drake is always saying SOMETHING, 70% of Wayne's shit is just that....SHIT. Drake is a better lyricist, might be the most rhythimatically attuned rapper in the game right now, and is definitely a better songwriter.

That "Rebirth" album was absolutely horrible, but other than that, ain't nobody on Wayne's level.
