i rented this...it was good redd foxx..richard pryor...bill cosby...eddie murphy...Dick Gregory...its more about the history of the first comedians....with smalll clips fo each one...theres way more comedians i didnt name that are on the dvd

Yea this was very good docu!!

Especially in the beginning when they talked about the minstrel comedians, it was sad because of their time.

I saw this on Showtime as well, it was very interesting becuz they went into the History of Black Comedians and I didn't know hardly anything about the Older Black Comedians that paved the way for the Comedians like Foxx, Pryor and Cosby.
