What Kind Of Laptop You Have/Recommend?

I been planning on getting a sony vaio for a few years. I got my choices narrowed down to two. whats the difference between an i7 processor and an i3 processor, if there is one at all? and also what laptop would you recommend? These the two im thinking bout:

Wat exactly r u gonna be doing on the laptop? I would go with an i7 if your gonna be doing any gaming, music or video production,graphic design. If your just gonna be doing just basic computer ish like office documents, internet go with the i3

I recommend the Macbook Pro.

Best computer I've ever had. Does everything my old PC did and more. Never happier with a computer.
