Money - Since we're about the same age and from the same place and know some of the same people (even tho we've never met), I think we have similar music tastes. I think your beat was most "out of the box" ready for primetime. Good use of the sample, with enough sounds/voices to keep it interesting (something I struggle with). The drums have that tight Boom Bap East Coast feel (which I love). Could have used a variations for a hook like Young did, but I'm being picky.

In my humble and worthless opinion, I thought All did good work here.... I thought Money's stood out just a bit more. BTW I'd probably lose in a beat battle with all 3 of y'all.

Ice, I think you should work on tightening up that loop. The chop sounds a bit sloppy. either adjust the tempo, pitch or chop the start of the loop better.

Tony, I like your track. It was decent. I like the changeups and the end was dope. My concern with the track is the "mono" feel of it throws me off. The track is already gritty so in my opinion its not needed.

My track: Its one of the joints I did a while back. I posted it because its one of the ones that I didnt submit to some artists working on albums. I think its dope. The only thing that irks me about it is lack of changeups.

So how do I vote? .....I wont! LOL.

Instead, I say leave it as a tie between me and Tony. For a tiebreaker, I'd say Ice should post a sample for me and Tony to flip and get votes on that one.

FYI....Tony, Im not voting in that one either! LOL.

So if yall agree, Shoot us the sample, Ice!
