TNA:What happen? What can be done?

TNA went from having some great ppvs,6 sides and bitches on the pole in the entrance to now being a whack version of wcw.

What did they do wrong?

It use to be so raw

And can it be brought back?

    instead of being originall and something new like they were when they started out, they brought in a whole bunch of old heads and tried to turn it into the new WCW....with people and shit we have already seen before....that and they got rid of some talent and brought in some played our or just plain wack werestlers along with wack story lines....

    Exactly i personally still think that with changes like bring Paul heyman in letting the young talent and some some of the older(not sting old and rick flairs old ass etc) stay they could make the company something that can compete with wwe in 5-10 years.

    I dont have a problem with the bringin in the legends like flair, sting or hogan....but it becomes a problem when the let them take over and push the young dudes to the side and they become the main focus

    2. Get rid of Hogan
    3. Make Angle work backstage
    4. Drop Karen Angle. Jarrett, Flair, Sting, Bubba Ray, D-Von, and etc.
    5. Try and re-sign beer money, styles, kaz, morgan, joe, mcmg, magnus, williams, pope, most of the knockouts, and etc. to 2 to long term deals (All were born after 1975 and still have alot left in the tank)
    6. Spike pushes the brand more now that UFC is now on the fox network

    I think it's sad because a lot of the guys running the show are dead broke and need the money so they keep themselves on television.

    People who've left TNA claim that the problem is Dixie Carter's unwillingness to fire anybody. Russo, Angle, Hogan, the Hardy's. She thinks they're her "friends." They're working her.

    And since all the money comes from her family, TNA will never be fixed. TNA will never get better. Stop fantasy booking.

    ok let's clear some things up
    ..

    1. Didnt know so many people on this board even knew TNA existed.
    2. Flair has been off TV for AT LEAST two months so lets not point fingers at him.
    3. Hogan barely does that much on TV.. he doesnt wrestle he doesnt do long 15 minute promos for Immortal
    4. It's 2011 and Flair is getting a title shot? really? he's facing Kurt Angle? Cuz Sting isnt the champ.. and Flair at least a better wrestler than KEVIN NASH and is twice Nash's age..


    TNA's major problem is one of which KTULU mentioned.. her 'friends"... The Russo's the Hogans The Bischoffs.. actually I think Bischoff isnt so bad as long he sticks to branding and not pushing talent imo... they need new story writers who will give the Matt Morgans, The Popes, Samoa Joes, Gunners, Crimsons, Roodes, Storms, Kazarians, Super Mex's all legitimate title reigns either as WORLD or something close to it like a US level belt.

    TNA's problem is the main event.. has been since '05 b4 Christian got here and still is. In this day and age having the X division is nice having one great tag team and nothing else is at least better than whatever WWE is doing.. having the best womans wrestler package wise in Mickie James and the best womans division in comparison to WWE divas is cool... but without that MAIN event stamp these WWE Jimmy's will always say look we have Punk look The Rock just did a great 15 minute promo.. look its nexus.. they are already brainwashed by perception everything WWE does in the main event scene is better. Even after it runs its course WWE can pull off the great looking PPVs even if they become reptitious bullshit that WWE fans love to eat. Even if Cena overcomes the odds for the 3000th time at least the PPV wasnt held at the Impact Zone again looking like every other cable episode.

    Sting single handledly is holding the Main Event down by himself thats why he's been winning and losing the belt like Edge since 3/3/11. The crowd reaction to Sting is REAL. they hate Immortal so much they are happy whenever Sting wins it. Mr. Asshole however is ruined by having him join Immortal. Bully ray is more over than Kurt Angle, but the perception is Bully Ray is no Kurt Angle so it wouldnt be believable to put a title on him instead of a proven Angle who still isnt as over. TNA DOESNT take major chances is really hurting them, already seen Angle as champ. Already had RVD..AJ should be a gawd in TNA period.. give me fresh championship feuds with the occasional AJ moreso winning it back then I'm good. AJ is way too young to be HB2King his career it seems (even tho he did have it for like four months last year they made it seemed like it was because of Ric Flair's influence)


    OH YA I'm sure we can all email TNA with out thoughts as long as its well articulated.

    Btw, Immortal serves its purpose I guess.. even tho it's a whack version of The Corporation.. presentation and effectiveness is what separates the two tho.. The Corporation will forever be known as elevating The Rock, HHH, Taker and Mick Foley into superstars... Bully aint got no title reign folks. Mr Anderson has looked like a bitch.. poor poor TNA execution as usual.

    At the end of the day if you supported TNA from day one not supporting it now isn't gonna make it better either.

    its a show about greased up half naked men pretending to fight each other and its called T & A

    they just realized this was a bad idea this year, but the "impact" name isn't sticking

    they're fucked. they'll never be improved. they'll exist as long as Dixie Carter's parents don't mind losing millions of dollars on them.
