    On the real - I'm new to the site and primarily here to gain wisdom, insight and knowledge from others. Not just about the many hip-hop gems I've missed but also on African American culture in general, and by that I mean hopefully in the future pre slave-trade African roots, hip-hop globally, homophobia /sexism in hip-hop etc. But like I say, the more I read the more I just think some of these posts like this one just descending into penis size? The Nation of Gods and Earths as racists 120 lessons that drew me to the board? Even the one about 'is it ok to use the 'N' word if your not black / around non-blacks'? Half the time I just don't even participate. I mean, I kinda get the 'diss' / 'yo mama' / 'honky cracker' / dick size banter - but it just doesnt phase me except that I get to thinkin being 'real' on this forum isn't necessarily the best way to be.. By that,, I mean,, with regards this thread,, I'd sooner keep it unreal seeing as where it's got to and confess that my white baby dick's so small its actually minus a few inches,, for real. I'd sooner be more real, but it depends what you mean. I don't think it wise to pour out the kinda shit many of us have been through, but I do expect to try and offer more productive insightful 'real' posts in the future - though I humbly appreciate there's some very real people aiming to inspire me and others through this hip-hop forum medium,, thanks. But as far as being 'yourself' on here,, it's nigh on impossible given the very limited means of being yourself - primarily merely through text right? It aint like we can all meet in a virtual bar as ourselves and discuss the finer points equally, butthats just early 21st century technology for ya. Same with facebook,, I get that the following link is merely about new media social platforms and not about hip-hop, but then next to dick size?     I don't know, I just give my opinions on here and comment on what interests me, I try not to be personal. The overwhelming majority of people on here would just be strangers to me in real life, I wouldn't talk to them, relate to them or have anything to do with them, really. You wouldn't know 'me' based on what I've said on here or if you interacted with me in 'real' life.
