I don't see the hype..

My wife and I went because of the hype, we went twice actually, and we weren't impressed.

There's a Mexican food joint by me, Taco Village, the best hands down Mexican food I've ever eaten in a restaurant. These dudes are authentic, fresh and it's what it should be.

I call Chipotle Shit-potle...

i didn't know there was a restaurant called chipotle. but i am obsessed with the pepper. i put it in so many things. i love the smokiness of it and it has a lot of flavour w/o being too hot. perfect for so many dishes. i've been making this chipotle mayo, and my goodness it makes sandwiches taste out of this world

Only thing bout autentic mexican food is it'll have you flabby and sick in no time. Chipotle aint as delicious, but I can eat it after a workout and know I wont be at a calorie deficit. Them chimichangas and enchiladas have more saturated fat than the FDA should allow.
