    it was more than a so-called 'overdose' that killed pimp. he had a condition called sleep apnea, basically he couldve died with or w/o the drugs.

    For the most part, yea EVERYBODY wanted to be trap rappers after TIP and Jeezy came out. Everybody that stays in Atlanta BEEN saying the word "trap" but nobody outside of the city even knew wtf it meant. With that being said, T.I. came out in 2001 and got "mainstream" around 2003/2004. How many dope-boy rappers existed before the 2000's and how many existed after? That's what the Pimp talking about and it's the truth. As far as that East Coast shit, i'm from Little Rock, Arkansas and EVERYBODY there called Georgia,SC,NC, etc. etc. the east coast niggaz BEFORE that Pimp C interview. My cousins used to always say I sounded like one of them east coast niggaz cuz I said "shawty" all of the time. I know Texas and Memphis niggaz that felt the same way. People in the 3rd Coast always felt the way the Pimp did. Nobody is stupid. We know that Georgia is in the south but it's the South East. Georgia is nothing like the rest of the South. Arkansas, parts of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Memphis are all very similar when it comes to people for the most part. Georgia, Florida, etc. etc. IS NOT. It's a whole different world. That's what the pimp is saying.
