    I just posted info relating to racism amongst brown and black even in Miami which has mostly Spaniards from Cuba. Last i checked, the contras from Nicaragua worked with American crackers to poison black neighborhoods. Also i live in NYC which has it's own share of black vs brown issues, but not as politically extreme. But i don't have to be from Russia to understand Russian issues.
