right now it just means there are 2 contradictory accounts regarding zimmermann screaming for help or not.

the key words in this case are corroborating evidence. the video, the funeral director, the 911 call, these forensic analyses, several witnesses etc

i'm pretty confident that zimmermann will be arrested before next weekend.
The video shows abrasions, the funeral director assumes one can't fight without bruising their fists, the 911 call establishes that ZImmerman saw and followed someone he considered "suspicious", and there have been no witness accounts that contradict Zimmerman's claims.

The witnesses I'm referring to are:
    I) The two women
    II) The 13 year-old
    III) "John"
IV) The witness who was in his vehicle

Witnesses have said that they heard shouting (I, II, III, and IV), saw people fighting on the ground (II, III, and IV), heard a gunshot (I, III, and IV), and saw Zimmerman standing over Treyvon immediately after shooting him (I, and IV to an extent).

That leaves this forensic voice analysis; which by its own account is incomplete, since it cannot confirm whether the voice was Treyvon's. Additionally, Zimmerman has not claimed that Treyvon never screamed at any point. So, even if this analysis were able to conclude that the voice was Treyvon's; that does not disprove Zimmerman's or the "John" the witness's claims that Zimmerman was screaming for "help" while being attacked by Treyvon.
this..... and on Friday, the Daily News obtained EMS documents suggesting Zimmerman, who an ex-colleague said was fired from a security job for being too aggressive, did not sustain serious injuries in the fatal encounter.

Paperwork detailing the EMS response to the shooting scene shows that a call for a second ambulance was canceled.

An audiotape containing the EMS communications, also obtained by The News on Friday, records unidentified workers discussing the scene.

Zimmerman’s condition is mentioned briefly in the 30-minute recording.

“Do we have a second patient?” a man asks.

“That’s affirmative. We have a second patient,” a woman replies. “The second patient is not a gunshot.”

the first ambulance had to relieve the two police officers attempting CPR on trayvon.... the second ambulance was cancelled

know it still doesn't mean it wasn't self defense, but it undermines his account his head was being banged into concrete ... really just another blow to his credibility
The audio as been removed from the NY Daily News page. Did it say anything other than that there was a second patient?

The fact that Zimmerman was the second patient means he was treated for some form of injury. Requiring treatment for an injury does not contradict a claim that one had an injury.

    I think that's everything.

trayvon's girlfriend contradicted zimmermann's claim, not sure why you left her out. the funeral director didnt just say no bruises no fight, he said there were no traces of a fight at all. the man who has worked in this job for several decades could probably confirm these claims in court. we have experts in the field of voice identification saying it is definitely not zimmermann's voice that is screaming for help. and from what we have seen in the video and heard about the ems, all these things clearly contradict his version.

you are right all these things are no direct evidence that zimmermann was the agressor, they only show that zimmermann lied in various points from screaming for help plus most probably the severeness of the alleged attack. based on all these things, one could plausibly say his life was not in immediate danger, even though it cannot be outruled that trayvon attacked him. this would be enough to arrest him and charge him with manslaughter which will probably happen soon.

in the course of the investigation those audio experts could very probably come to the conclusion that the person that screamed for help was trayvon, based on the fact that there were only 2 persons involved in the scuffle and if it wasnt trayvon plus none of the witnesses stated it was one of them, it only leaves one person that could have sceamed for help:
    the killed victim.

at this point there is already enough corroborating evidence that contradicts zimmermann's account of being in a life-threating situation, insofar the audio forensic result saying trayvon screamed for help wouldn't change the charge itself, they would only give the charge more credibility and move the sentence to the upper end of the range opposed to the version in which zimmermann just overreacted when killed trayvon in an act of manslaughter.

and there is still the alleged "fucking coon"-comment, which if true could lead to a hate crime charge for which, if found guilty, zimmermann could face the death penalty.

I was listing eyewitnesses, but where does the girlfriend's account contradict Zimmerman's?

It's not impossible to fight someone with no physical signs afterward, especially if one was winning the fight. Witnesses (II, III, and IV) already confirm that there was a fight of some sort; plus the police, SFD, and video confirm that there were some form of injury to Zimmerman. So, the mortician's remarks--while interesting--don't disprove anything here.

Until they can confirm whether or not the voice was Treyvon's their results are incomplete. Once complete, their results will only prove that Treyvon screamed at some point. It has not been claimed that Treyvon never screamed, so these results wouldn't disprove anything here either.

And Zimmerman only had to "feel" that his life was threatened, that's what makes his claim so hard to dispute.

You gotta tell that rule to the millions of people who buy guns for self-defense. Let me explain something that a lot of people seem to be missing. This is a murder trial. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant is guilty. You are giving ZERO proof that Zimmerman initiated the conflict with Trayvon (that Trayvon didn't actually walk up on him). This is a court of law, not the court of public opinion.

The fuck are you talking about? There is no trial as Zimmerman has yet to be arrested and brought up on charges, hence his not being a defendant. The only court he's getting tried in at the moment IS the court of public opinion.

You must not understand that the "self defense" law is an affirmative defense in court. This means that the burden of proof lies on Zimmerman to prove that it was in fact self defense. The prosecution's duty is to prove that it wasn't self defense.

And Zimmerman DID initiate the conflict by following an individual when advised not to by 911 operators. I can't stress that point enough.

You're dense as fuck in the way you're taking Zimmerman's word for it. You need to utilize some objectivity and wait for all the facts to rise to the surface.

I don't know why some people can't get it through their heads that Zimmerman was the one who initiated all this. He followed Trayvon in his vehicle at first and even got out the car!!! With a loaded gun, and this is all after 911 told Zimmerman to NOT follow the kid. Zimmerman is a murderer and deserves the cruelest fate imaginable, it speaks volumes about how deeply racist the Sanford Police Department and state attorney's office is that no arrest has been made yet.

Anyone remember the Black guy who shot the White guy in Florida like 2 years ago? The Black guy used the Stand Your Ground Law to defend himself, according to the police. Eyewitnesses have said the White guy reached for the Black man's gun and the Black guy shot the White dude. And guess what? The Black guy got arrested lol......what does that tell you America? What does that show us?

Sanford is showing the world just how deeply the KKK has infiltrated Sanford's police and government. The longer this goes on, the more I realize just how right the New Black Panther Party is to set up the million dollar bounty. Drug testing Trayvon's dead body but not drug testing Zimmerman's body shows exactly what I'm talking about. Fuck the police and fuck the govt.

The Orlando Sentinel consulted two voice experts to try to settle the debate, and both came to the same conclusion: The cries could not have come from George Zimmerman.

One expert, Tom Owen, used voice identification software to rule out Zimmerman as the source. From the Sentinel:

"I took all of the screams and put those together, and cut out everything else," Owen says.
The software compared that audio to Zimmerman's voice. It returned a 48 percent match. Owen said to reach a positive match with audio of this quality, he'd expect higher than 90 percent.

"As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it's not Zimmerman," Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon's, because he didn't have a sample of the teen's voice to compare
Another analyst came to a similar conclusion using different technology.

The voice analysis is the latest piece of information to cast doubt on the narrative, advanced by Zimmerman and his family, that the Neighborhood Watch volunteer was attacked by 17-year-old Travyon Martin. A police video this week showed no blood or bruises on Zimmerman in the aftermath of the incident, while Martin's funeral director said he saw no signs of a struggle on the teen's body

Good post right here, I heard about this earlier today.,,,,,Zimmerman is getting away with murder before our very eyes and it's crazy how things are taking so fucking long after all this evidence. A witness also said Zimmerman was on top of Trayvon after the shooting and seemed to be straddling him. Why would anyone do that.......?

Don't blame me, I based that statement off of what the actual law says:
    CHAPTER 776

776.032 Immunity from criminal prosecution and civil action for justifiable use of force.
776.041 Use of force by aggressor.
776.05 Law enforcement officers; use of force in making an arrest.
776.051 Use of force in resisting arrest or making an arrest or in the execution of a legal duty; prohibition.
    776.06 Deadly force.
776.07 Use of force to prevent escape.

Treyvon's girlfriend account of what she heard contradicts zimmerman's clam he was decked from behind.
Where did Zimmerman say he was hit from behind?

From what I've seen, Zimmerman said he was approached from behind. Zimmerman also says that they talked initially, and then he was punched in the face.

    Source:
...The girl on the phone told Crump that she heard the two exchange questions, like “Why are you following me?” and “What are you doing here?”

Zimmerman’s dad told an Orlando TV station that it went more like, “Do you have a f---ing problem?” to which George Zimmerman replied no and reached for his phone to call police a second time.

Zimmerman, a married insurance underwriter who studied criminal justice at Seminole State College, told police that Trayvon approached him from behind as he was returning to his car.

He told police, his family and his attorney that Trayvon decked him in the nose hard, causing him to hit the ground. Then, he says, Trayvon started punching him and slamming his head on the concrete...

The girlfriend's account only shows that the words used are in dispute; and by her own account she says the question was "like" “Why are you following me?”, meaning she did not say that it was Treyvon's exact statement.

you reachin fiat, if there was no actual threat to his life this case is done. this whole you only have to "feel" your life was threatened means someone might point an empty gun at you, in that case that feeling is justified. but you actin like someone could walk the street, shoot someone on the other side and say "dude was lookin at me from the corner of his right eye like he wanted to kill me ASAP"

you might end up in some kind of mental health institution if you really come to court talkin that bs and zimmermann and his lawyer know this thats why they say trayvon banged his head on the pavement a few times...
Don't blame me, I based that statement off of what the actual law says:

yes, thats what i said, reasonably believes - reasonably being the operative word. this is the point that is under heavy doubt right now.

not sure if they could claim some anxious disorder or something, wouldnt be surprised to find out zimmermann was under medical treatment for something like this after all the reveleations about this guy in the past few days.

A police video this week showed no blood or bruises on Zimmerman in the aftermath of the incident, while Martin's funeral director said he saw no signs of a struggle on the teen's body

the end of the case is the autopsy report

after you die, any signs of struggle are left on your body
A forensic autopsy in the case of a suspicious death differs from a hospital autopsy. Whereas a hospital autopsy is primarily an internal examination of a body for disease, the forensic pathologist doesn’t look only for disease but also for signs of trauma, injury or foreign objects such as bullets, as well as clues to a suspect, to try to determine how and when the death occurred.

The first thing to establish is whether the death was resulted from accidental or homicidal an accident, homicide or natural causes. As someone may later be charged with murder, for example, based on the autopsy results, the evidence from the pathologist must be able to prove the cause of death guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt, if at all possible. Therefore the pathologist must be open to all explanations for the death, including those consistent with innocence, and these must be excluded before a finding of guilt can be achieved. For example, where a person has been assaulted and is now dead, it might be natural to think that the assault caused the death. However, that is only one possibility – one that needs to be confirmed beyond reasonable doubt. Another possibility is that the assault was merely incidental or coincidental to the death. The person could have died from a heart defect. The assault may have had nothing to do with the death. The pathologist has to examine (and exclude) any other reasonable alternative, as well as provide positive information which connects the observable injuries with the outcome. A proper chain-of-causation has to be established, so that each of the events leading to the death can be placed in their proper order.

It's not a big deal to me when I've only listened to the original 911 call.

Oh its not a big deal as far as to the core of what happened my thoughts dont change on that. its just what they are accused of doing it adds an uneccesary element to the public discourse..
