  only if you google the same exact name and a duplicate site that basically emebds straight from youtiube saves the files on its own servers meaning you can still play that youtube on their server thus not being deleted but other than that you're shit out of luck. i usually download a vid I really want right away using Internet Download Manager and watch it later.
