Basically saying porn addiction can lead to things like erectile dysfunction, social anxiety, depression, lack of interest in things, etc.

And some testimonies by guys saying how their life has improved since they gave up porn.

Internet porn in a handy tool for me, if I didn't fap so much I would get a boner every time I looked at an attractive female, that's how strong my sex drive is. (I still do actually, but with the amount of fapping I do, it gives me the ability to control it)
