It don't mean people will stop watching First Take. You see how many rappers,celebrities,and athletes wanna come on there just to debate skip.
Shit I been watching this show since it was just cold pizza Skip and the show got really popular around the same time Lebron left Cleveland. Since Skip was the main one hating on Lebron for a while and he basically got a ton of fans ounce the decision happened.
Add in Tebowmania and him being the main defender of him, he basically consolidated his popularity.

Stephen A is just as guilty... he disrespected Kwame, Russell, and those forigen euro centers... HE WENT FROM BEING REAL when he had his show on ESPN to a loud taking baffoon to complement Skips foolishness on the show. He used to make some of the same points Jalen made but todat it was all about him defending his "friend" skip. I dont care Bosh shoulda smacked the shit outta skip for his disrespect while he was on that show. I think I made a thread that day about it too.... They know who to talk shit about on the disrespectful tip and who not to.

I don't make it a habit to delude myself about my talents mate. In any case, from what I read via Twitter, skips popularity and cred took hits.

People may still watch the show, but I think this may represent a seminal moment in the show's history...for the worse. Just my opinion of course.

I never took Skip opinions that seriously before this happened. He's paid to be a "Talking Head," his job is to get a rise out of the viewers Actually, his schtick would be better suited for radio than tv. This is why First Take should have never changed its format to "All Debate, All the Time."

Skip was being a hypocrite on 1st take and was getting extremely emotional. It was funny when skip said jalen you didnt know my struggles as a highschool player dealing with the coach and jalen came right back and said you dont know what some of these other players are dealing with either.
