You flabby niggas are hiliarious, Yo why everytime you come around a athletic nigga you feel the need to go into this whole story about how much you used to weigh and how swoll u were back in Highschool or when u were locked up. I experience this shit all the time. I had this cat tell me "man im so sore today" i knew where this was going i said NH and then asked whats up. he goes "man i did 400 sit ups and 200 push ups last night, im trying to get back in shape". Thats when homie got into his weight issues and background. I told him it was over lol

Man, I remember that obese bitch, Ike aka craig taylor, used to tell me he was on the tennis & basketball team in high school. I was like, oh, wow that amazing because he's huge as fuck (that nigga wears a 5x and it's tight on him). This nigga went to the gym with me and was off the stair master within 5 mins talking about, "that shit is hard as fuck".

Plus, this nigga told me he had a "personal trainer" he worked out with 3 days out the week and I never seen any progress except his wallet being flat from going to Denny's by himself at 1am. lol

weightloss is simple...burn more calories than you take in....period.
