Anybody done a marathon or distance running? My goal is to at least do a half marathon next year. I got my first 5k coming up next Saturday and the softball season is about to start so I hope to be in good enough shape by then

i need to start doing some new ab exercises. it looks fine now, but i want a six pack and i'm just not getting the definition i want with the crunches/sit-ups and pilates i'm doing. what do y'all do for those killer abs?

this is the new thing at the gym that people are doing with the roller wheel they say it's suppose to shred you I havent tried it yet.
Still fairly new to working on the bar(only been doing it for about 3 months). So far, the most pull-ups I've done in a row have been 12, and that's while being 5'7" 235 lbs! Looking to up it to about 15 this week.

lol, i did run distance in high school. and while i haven't run a marathon, i don't think it'd be too hard for me. once you get a pace going and are conditioned right, distance running running is easy for me after that

Did my PRT today. I ran the mile an a half in 10:59 at 226 lbs. I need to lose this weight faster. Cause I ran it last year in 10:30 at 218 lbs.
The Speed Bag burn machine is what u need
Unless that thing can tell time or has a GPS with a MP3 player on it. IT aint doing shit for me right now.
What I need is to get my son to be able to ride the hills on his bike by himself so we can hit the trails this summer. All this good weather and I cant take him with me when I go running.
I've been seriously slacking with the gym. I usually go 4 to 5 times a week but I didn't even go last week. Smh. I'm going to make up for this week. I think I just need to switch up my routine.
