what? 50 never did follow trends, which is probably one of the reasons he isnt as big as he could be. he didnt stop putting out gangsta rap when it wasnt cool/popular to (BISD). he never hopped on trends like getting Wayne or Drake on songs, etc.

He rapped over other peoples shit on alot of those mixtapes, and da mixtapes is a big reason for his success. So I cant say dat. Do any of yall know da name of dat g unit mixtape dat came out around 04, ere nigga had a section of da mixtape. I think game had da first few tracks. Then 50 ,then banks then buck. One of da tracks was 50 spittin on Ludacris' Pass out track. I think da 3rd track was da joint where he was dissin Fat joe and it had animal and gotta get mine on it. Been tryin to find dat joint for a min.

Nvm, I think its gunit radio 9 or 10, 2050 before the massacre. If it is, dats a top 20 mixtape of alltime imo. I used to get blunted and BLAST dis mf in da whip.
