Did my PRT today. I ran the mile an a half in 10:59 at 226 lbs. I need to lose this weight faster. Cause I ran it last year in 10:30 at 218 lbs.

What I need is to get my son to be able to ride the hills on his bike by himself so we can hit the trails this summer. All this good weather and I cant take him with me when I go running.

Do one arm deadlifts for big forearms and overall muscle growth....it works just as much muscle if not more than squats. It has alot of carry over strength to other exercises as well.
I've been seriously slacking with the gym. I usually go 4 to 5 times a week but I didn't even go last week. Smh. I'm going to make up for this week. I think I just need to switch up my routine.

i need to start doing some new ab exercises. it looks fine now, but i want a six pack and i'm just not getting the definition i want with the crunches/sit-ups and pilates i'm doing. what do y'all do for those killer abs?
it's all about the right diet. avoid sugar at any occasion...
i used to work out my abs like any other muscle meaning doin 3x8 instead of hundreds of sit-ups, worked fine in combination with the sit-ups
I've never used one, but you can do pull-ups with one of these:
I have one of those and you have to bolt it up if your door way is not wide. I am over 200lbs so my shit bending a little. i have a sturdy one that I use the majority of the time. It is not a fancy but it is sturdy as hell.
Just did those slow chin ups for the 1st time in awhile. 3 sets of 5

Pull ups are the best work out. My traps have never been so big.
I dont have to weigh myself to know if I gained weight. I can feel it off top while doing a pull up. funny I think it is a good thing sometimes to gain cause I get a better workout.
As in holding tight so you can hold your legs off the floor for an extended period of time? Do you do mason twists?
Not exactly a specific exercise. I just know during these insanity workouts, the main person keeps expressing contracting your core during the exercises. Some exercises I can do it easily, others I struggle.
