I didnt pay a dime. you mad that you must pay a co-pay on your insurance? get tier one insurance with a bomb ass job. then you could get that plastic surgery that you always dreamed for for your facial deformity.

side note: if you tell your doctor that you will kill yourself because of your facial deformity that you were born with; your insurance will pay for your plastic surgery for your hideous face.
