You have to look at the stills, which are equally as bad. Basically there is a bar with a bunch of click buttons at the top of the stills. You either Validate it, which means the video gets a pass, or click probably underage if the vid is homemade, and the girl looks young, or you can just plain out click underage if it looks like kids.

Other buttons that will delete the video are

scat, bad quality, spam, no porn, torture. I did not apply because you are forced to view all porn, including gay shit.

To be fair, you don't actually have to look at the gay shit. (during the test) The titles/category show up before the stills, so you can just click validate or some shit without looking at it.

Don't know if that will get you hired though, worth a try, just validate them all.
