I believe in them. I thought I saw a ghost last night but it was just smoke. I've never "seen" one.

Yep there are spirits and other things of that nature

Some people have seen the infamous trench coat man

Others have seen spirits trapped in this world due to witchcraft and rituals

And some spirits just don't want to let go of this material plane

Usually you get an odd feeling that something else is around you

They move in blurs...somewhat like looking at several flash frames

My ex had one in her house that didn't like me one bit

Told that story before on here, I watched that spirit come up the steps, cross the room and stand beside me while I laid on her bed...

I've though I've had experiences but realize they were brought upon by hearsay and hype. One instance was with a deceased family member who passed in the house, the family said they had experiences, so it wasn't until after hearing all the stories I experienced it. Another was with friends, just hype. Every noise and sighting became ghostly.

I find it fascinating the brain works like that. I wish they could do an experiment where they take 10 people and place two in the house each night. Tell 5 that the house is haunted, tell the other 5 nothing. What's the odds of hearing about ghostly encounters? One of the people who think it's haunted will be paired up with one who knows nothing of it, and it would influence one of them to think it was or wasn't.

I also would like to know how ghosts can be heard speaking, they have no vocal chords to vibrate and make sound. They also canny touch, how can they pass through walls and other objects but seemingly injure people.

My grandma said and Uncle, who was a teenager at the time, and lived with my grandmom, his mom, both said they heard and saw a little boy.

It's crazy because they saw him at different times, but they were both asleep on the couch in the living room when they saw him. My grandma said she screamed at him, and told him GO AWAY. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE, NOW! Never saw the spirt/ghost after that.

My mom also said she saw an angel in that house.

Yeah I believe in them.I believe they are in a different dimension than us or a different plain.But they can still interact with us.I see somebody possessed before.

The bolded exhibits a flaw with the theory of the "supernatural". If something interacts with the natural world or is observable from the natural world; then it is of the natural world or it is in some way subjectable to the natural world.

So when humans claim that something interacts or is observable from the natural world, but they can not verify it; then, by definition, it is unverifiable.

I 100% agree. She saw an angel how it would be displayed in a children's book. So that made me not really take it seriously. But you never know, she could have seen it.

I don't believe she seen it. Things we hear and see subconsciously have an impact on our dreams, visions and supernatural experiences. If you can psyhic yourself out in a dark room, you'll bring to life the things in it.

She swears up and down she was awake. She said she got up to use the bathroom, and came back and it was there.

Whats weird to me, is why would she just start to cry out of nowhere.
