as far as i know you have to have a connection in africa to get it. i heard some people having access to it in the us and england, but as far as i know, when it's imported, it's never as good a quality as it is back home. most likely find some info in minnesota, or columbus if you wanted

Shit is legal in Kenya, we had no shortage of it. Every time I visit home, my uncles, cousins and even my old dude sit off and chew and just kick it.

I had some here in the states, but it was bullshit. Your best bet is to do like Kai said and find an African connect, but be aware that the shit is illegal here.
