Meeting Parents: Do you give a fuck?

As in meeting a woman's parents or introducing her to yours. Is this still a big deal in 2012?

Yeah actually it is. Me personally, I really don't care too much about it. It's not a requirement of mines for a woman to meet my dad. I'm not gonna go out my way for her to meet him. If she comes by and he's there, cool. If not, cool. Just as long as you speak.

But I've been a fan of just sittin down wit a woman's parents, and have them pretty much interrogate you.

As for a woman meeting my parents it's not a big deal. My parents trust my judgement )esp if I think enough of her to bring her home). As long as she's respectful (mam, sir, etc.) they're good. I don't really sweat it either. Mother's love me & I've had a problem w a few father's, but that's to be expected.

Ive never heard anybody who relished that shit lol...anyway I think if that person is someone you want to be with for an extended period of time, meeting her parents will always be relevant. You learn alot about a person from their parents after all they are an extension of them.
