Carmelo Anthony or Amare Stoudemire the f*** is the Knicks Problem?

Who is the problem with the Knicks!? Is Amare on a downward spiral? Or is Carmelo shooting to much? What do you guys think? Is the team weak or is Melo a ball hogging selfish prick like media types make him out to be?

I thinkCarmelo is a type five player in the league. He gets too much hate. He does everything well. He basically is the only player in the league that matches LeBron, Durant and Kobe in head to head. It's laughable to me that people are now saying he is a four man, he can't guard three's he did a damn good job hanging with LeBron on an Island. If he is all of a sudden a four man, he is the best got damn 4 in the L! Melo just runs into Spurs, Lakers, Heat and Celtics every first round (one time he got the Jazz and no one showed up for the nuggets)

The Knicks in my opinion should keep Melo, Jr, Novak, Tyson Chandler, Shumpert, Toney Douglas (utility guard), Josh Harrelson and Jared Jeffries everyone else is expendable.

Landry Fields is inconsistent and he has no real standou skill. He is not a shooter, doesn't create his own shot well, he is not a great defender. He is ok at everything. Just don't no if there is a place for him on the roster. He seems to get upset when he doesn't score.

Boom Dizzle is not going to play in the NBA ever again. It's sad to say but his career is over.

Bibby is on his last legs.
Jeremy Lin doesn't know how to be a distributor. And he is a passive ballhandler

Amare Stoudemire: he just isn't as capable as he once was. He is a good player. He can't be the number 2 guy because he is not good on d. He isn't nearly as explosive as he once wass

Jr needs to be the 3rd scorer. Chandler had to make his chippies, and there 4 man needs to rebound!!! But more than likely they will be stuck with Stoudemire's fat contract and he will be the four. So they need a distributing PG that can SHOOT the rock. He should create shots for amare and jr and tyson (melo will get his own).

What do y'all think is Melo to blame or not?

    The knocks need a pass first defensive PG and they will be fine. Melo needs to stop thinking basketball is all about isolation plays. I think they need phil jackson to tame those egos, but their players don't suit the triple post....

    What kind of offense could they possibly run with this squad? How is Melo not a leader? Bc he has only been out of round 1 once? Chris Paul has only been out of the first round once also of I am not mistaken and he is all of a sudden better than Deron Williams who has been to the west finals twice (with bums)

    Do you think Shump can be a pass first defensive guy? Or do they need a trade? Tyson Chandler is a leader

    for one they drive in the lane to get their guys open shots... unlike Melo who is always iso! he has been creating for others as of late tho

    They were not trying to do anything offensively. Thats what you have to realize. That team is depending on Novak for threes (miami eliminated him) Jr was the only other player creating offense. None of those guys move without the ball. Thats not Melo's fault

    Nigga stop acting like this isnt anthemic of Melo's overall game....its been this way his whole career. He's a chucker...George Costanza ass nigga...every once in a while they'll go in on a consistent basis and he'll score 40 points (of 35 shots) and people will spin that into hyperbole. Why do you think he was consistently getting bounced in the first round by the 1 seed? Cuz his teams barely scrape into the playoffs. Only reason the Knicks weren't a seven seed this year is because he was injured and Lin was able to show out a little.

    So that was melo yesterday dribbling the ball at the top of the key for the first like 18 seconds on the shot clock? Could of sworn that was JR, and Toney Douglas. then with 6 seconds they give the ball to Melo and everyone just stands there. All they got is three point shooters they can't do anything else other than shoot threes. Novak, JR, Bibby, shit even fields all they do is stand behind the three point line thats their game. I saw plenty of times this year where Melo hit the open man when they cut or made a move to the basket.

    dont matter... Im tired of folk doggin Amare and givin Melo a pass.... All Melo wants is the Iso Kobe as u call it for him so he can get his shine... Amare was give 100 mil to be a star too... It aint all about Melo

    they need to build the team like the 2001 76ers with iverson that made the finals, melo is kinda like iverson in the way he needs to score to be effective, that team had one scorer and role players who did their part
