Does the NBA cheat ?

Simple question.

For instance -

Do some players get fouls called for them even when they clearly didn't get fouled ?

Do some players get away with fouling the shit out other players ?

Do the announcers go along with the referees even when shit is obvious ?

Does the NBA choose not to go by replays only because it would make bad calls more obvious ?

Obvious answer is no, but a better question would be
"Does certain teams/players getting favorable calls from the refs actually affect the game significantly?"
