Master Chief’s looking awfully bad ass.

The wait for Halo 4 has been arduous for some. Xbox 360’s most significant exclusive in 2012 doesn’t come out until November 6th, leaving legions of Halo fans hungry for some new information.

Microsoft has obliged in an exceptionally clever way, e-mailing 32 separate pieces of the same image to ardent fans of the series in messages titled “Your Piece of the Halo 4 Puzzle.” The pieces were numbered X/32, allowing players to pool together their imagery on forums with all the applicable components of the puzzle.

Franchise Development Director Frank O’Connor posted on his Facebook the picture above along with “Our boxart illustration,” confirming its legitimacy.

Yeah it is. I lol at all the fanboys that are freaking out because bungie isnt involved in this anymore. Its not like 343 is gonna fuck up a formula that works so well. I wonder if they will keep the class system from reach in here. it looked like master cheif was using a jetpack in the first trailer.

Yeah im not a huge halo fan but its a fun game to play split screen with someone and talk shit to everyone on there. they got some funny fucking people. Good Drinking Shooter.

you can't really say that brush.. u don't know if the games is gonna hook you in or not ... i thought i was gone be playing reach for a while... and end up barely ever playing it.... they might make such a good game as to where you don't wanna put it down

That's probably the coolest gaming cover I've seen in a long-ass time. Ever since graphics improved, box art has went to shit. This reminds me of old school Nintendo covers.
