  Do you know what a coon is? ordering a steak well done or any food a certain way has nothing to do w/ cooning.
  
  As a black man I was always taught it was nasty to eat rare meat, but food ppl and cooks have told me medium well is the best, cuz it does take out the nutrients when it's well done.
  
  When I was younger I liked that red shit and ppl turned me aginst it and now I like mine with a little pink.medium well is the healthiest way to eat steak, for a fact
