    If I ask her out I expect to pay for it with are just on some date shit. Wouldn't have a problem with it especially if she is a respectable femalr whom I think is worth spending money on. If she is a slore then its dollar menu and vitamin waters.

    Not all should have to pay for what some women say. If I ask her out on a date, I don't have a problem paying since I asked, but believe if she brings up going out I expect the same in return or at least going dutch, or is willing to leave the tip.

    The woman I'm messing with now, is independent (I mean truly. She's well off) but we just look out for one another.

    so i should pay for half of a dinner that i never even planned on having until you asked? it's not about the money, it's the principle of the thing. i think if the woman asks, she should pay as well. and it's totally a fallacy if you think society doesn't dictate almost every behaviour and belief we have. we are humans after all all and we wouldn't survive without society and with it comes all the societal norms, duties and expectations

    As I said in response to Six's post, I don't have a problem dropping coin if I asked the lady out. If a lady asks me out, I'm assuming she's going to pay. Basically we agree with each other. Society does dictate behavior, that's why I make it a point to go against the grain like marriage.
