Alright I'm sure u know what a chin up is. From a dead hang pull yourself up until ur biceps are at a 90 degree angle and hold it for as long as possible (preferably for like 1 minute) and then slowly lower yourself down
I will do the static hold chin ups next time. Don't know if I'll get a full minute hold in. So is holding at 90 degrees more challenging than holding at say, 65?

Honestly I haven't done bench press since I was in the 12th grade lol. And I did like 175 MAX then. Since I don't do weights I don't know what it might be now.
Anybody done a marathon or distance running? My goal is to at least do a half marathon next year. I got my first 5k coming up next Saturday and the softball season is about to start so I hope to be in good enough shape by then
alot of yall been asking me to update this post so all i can say is yes i did run my first 5K in 26:30...a few weeks later i ran my 2nd in 25:42, and two weeks ago i ran my 3rd 5K in 24:14. gonna do my 4th this weekend then probably retire. all in all it was a decent career, shame i have to go out in my prime but i got a family.
