Most times I do 15 sets of 10, but I'll switch it up and do 10 sets of 15. As far as push ups, I do sets of 80 until I reach 480, then I do 20 on my last set to reach 500.

Just did 3 laps around my backyard, 11 80 yard sprints, and 5 wind sprints. My damn heart was about to jump out of my chest. I waited too long to do it cause I was starving even though I had a apple and banana two hours before that.
Got damn this nigga dwade is beastin doing a whole 15 sets of pull ups. And 80 push-ups in a set? Got damn. I'm up to 51 in my first set on the Perfect Pushup, maybe I can do more on the floor. But I definitely can't do that same high amount after the first set. I'm trying to do a set of 100 on the Perfect Push-up by the end of the summer.
