Where does Stan rank among the GOAT rap songs?

I aint no Em fan but thats one classic track right there.

Well thought out story, nice verses and good beat, and most importantly huge impact on hip hop and pop culture, everyone has called somebody Stan at some point.

So how high do you rank it (Top 5, Top 10 etc.)

The only thing worth mentioning about Stan is the term Stan. That to me is the one thing Em "gave" the hiphop community.

It is Eminem's best song. Classic record. I don't know where it would rank because I've never tried to rank songs other than my top 5 with The Message, T.R.O.Y, Paid in Full, etc..

The verses are well organized lyrically, but that doesnt make it a GOAT rap song.

When I think of classic rap songs I think of Summertime, TROY, Today Was a Good Day, Dear Mama, Juicy, She Said, Gin & Juice

All quality songs that stand on their own without a pop hook.

I gotta put it up there pretty high just for simple fact that to this day if you ride for a certain artist too hard, you're now considered a "stan". You "stans"now who you are and for whom you ride.

The song was put together so smoothly. Its something that came out at the right time. Stan's last letter before he killed himself was amazing !! Its a track honestly I can hear from plenty emcees but only pulled off by Eminem. Its among the best when it comes storytelling. Can't put a # on it.
