Irv knows a little something about this business that alot of new dudes MIGHT NOT KNOW .... and ontop of everything he has CRAZY creditials to back up what he says ... we not sitting here looking @ a guy who built a boutique label if it wasnt for 50 cent and the street issues irv was on his way to build another Rocafella, No Limit, Cash money etc ... im a music industry guy ... so i dont just watch Rapper youtube videos .... i peep alot of Lyors stuff, Liles and even Irv when ever he pops up and other execs in the game ... and Irv knows his shit ... and the best part is hes a loving guy when it comes to hip hop .... and hes got that DJ khaled like energy ... hes not an asshole but he can be when its needed ... which really makes him great @ what he does .......

Truth of the matter is, Ross is not a platinum rapper type of artist. I don't understand why people have this opinion that selling platinum is easy, only the star type artist have that quality (Pac, Big, Jay,etc). Ross has carved out a nice career and has over achieved to me.

Ross is happy in his lane and is very successful. everyone aint gonna be multi plat... with that said his career isnt over and he is one of the hottest artist in rap. he still can go plat. Add in he has the freedom to do what he wants and has a label. He good
