No I wouldn't. And yes, I'm thinking hypothetical...calling that shit magical. We don't live in a perfect world, so if it was done and all the conduits of bad shit for the hood were locked up; what about traces that were left behind? Like it or not, good or bad, the impact of their absence would be widespread...others would come in and take their place only to remember that we get rid of all their predecessors. So hypothetically they would have to come and eliminate the snitches. Hence a one nasty ass war. It would be some mad max beyond thunderdome anarchy shit to the fullest. And now because we "cheated", we have even a much more worse problem on our hands. Then you gotta ask yourself, would the cops return to help protect them ones who snitched. Fuck to the no.

You gotta get to the root of the problem...the mind and how it views the world from its position. How can we propose or negate a better position for that person caught in the middle of that kind of environment that is deemed feasible, respectable and lucrative for him?

Last I checked Gordon was struggling without batman. And even with batman Gotham is under constant, if not worser, threat. And then that's only ONE good cop. One good cop in the entire precinct or body of law enforcement is pretty much useless. You'll both be found dead. You'd have enemies on both sides of the law.

Even batman can't keep batman safe. Even batman has allowed millions to die repeatedly by his villians. Even batman can't guarantee safety. WTF is one good cop really gonna do?

I'll entertain the idea though. But not with a "gordon". Such a scenario might work out better with a bruce willis type at least.

As some clarified up above, a person that is involved with a crime with other and get caught then snitch for a lighter sentence is some bitch ass shit. It's not the same as a civilian telling or testifying against someone because he/she is sick of their community being fucked up. The problem is niggas lump these two as being one in the same.
