  yeah man i miss all those stores, especially the Virgin Megastore that use to be in Times Square. Tower Records, Fat Beats near Tribeca, Burkina in Lower East Side (LES), The Music Factory & Beat Street in downtown Brooklyn. those were the days man.
  
  I was one of the first few people on line. Befores NaS started showing up, there was a cypher going on in the line outside while we waited. NaS has all kinds of fans people probably wouldn't expect. Everyone thought that NaS was gonna show up in the front. He was real slick and came in through the back....... The crowd went crazy and started shouting Bravehearts...... I will never forget that day .....
  
  NaS wasn't shaking no one hand unless he knew you. He gave me a fist bump which i was cool with. When he signed my cd he asked me whats my name. I said Phil ..... When he gave it back to me, i looked at it, and it said "iLLphiLL, God bless u King" ......
  
  I said "Aight, good looking" i was really happy that week because it was the same week i went to Rock the Bells concert in Long Island. Everyone was smoking weed at that concert
  
  When NaS was finished signing he started to head outside to hop into his Bently. Everyone was taking pics and i remember this funny guy in the crowd who stood out amongst the rest asking NaS to sign his cd. NaS was cool about it and asked dude if he had a pen. Dude had a funny dissapointed look on his face and said he didn't have one. NaS was like "oh well, maybe next time" and continued to head to his Chauffer.
  
  There is still one more major record store still standing. J&R Music world in Lower Manhattan. A lot of music stars been signing their cd's there lately. I was wondering if NaS might be there? Maybe not
