wayne is top 5 in the game right now the only reason why a lot of people don't give him the credit is because he tries to be everything to everybody, he wants to be the thug hustla trap rapper, then he wants to be the cool hipster punk rock skateboarding guy, then he wants to be the radio go to guy for a feature.
he has the skills and ability to make others step their game up but he chooses to go with whatever is the flavor of the month.
all and all i'd still say he's top 5 in the game right now, even off no effort at times.
the bad thing that he ain't neither a thug from the trap nor a punk skateboarder from the suburbs smh.
he ain't a blood, he ain't a rockstar . he ain't nino brown and definitely ain't a skateboarder.
why a grown man pick a hobby his son could be practicing ?
Would we be criticizing Wayne if he picked up a hobby like skiing or snowboarding?
If Tony Hawk & Rob Dyrdeck are skating in their mid 30's then why is it a problem for LiL Wayne?
I think the guy is a marketing genius because he modified his image to cover damn near every demographic that buy albums which is why he's selling 2 million albums and the rest of the game can't even get to Gold.
it would be normal if he grew up doing this shit.
no one is considered a gangsta/thug / crack dealer would go from being that to a punk skateboarder.
who would you call waynes competition? I was just thinking about this, I can't think of one emcee who is waynes age who's been in the game as long as he has, still making relevant music.

I think the guy is a marketing genius whore because he modified his image to cover damn near every demographic that buy albums which is why he's selling 2 million albums and the rest of the game can't even get to Gold.
Fixed for accuracy.
Sorry but I disagree. It's a problem H-Rap to the point Wayne will do to do anything, I repeat ANYTHING to stay relevant. Yes he's multiplatinum but he had to whore and cater for White audiences to do so, skateboarders included.
And question for you:
Have you succumbed to the commercialized aspects of music now?
Yea this diss came after Lil Wayne was popping shit saying that Snoop was copying him with Drop It's like it Hot Snoop did go in on that nigga serious. One of them disses that just went under the rug like Ross dissing TI or Pimp c dissing the roots .

I didn't even know about Snoop dissing Weezy, but I remember Weezy said he had a problem with Snoop's "Drop It Like Its Hot" at one of his shows.
Snoop was probably also irritated about the fake Blood claiming by Wayne.
BIG vs The Roots kind of also went under the rug, but it wasn't serious
i wished that someone could knock him out. i always wonder what will wayne do in a fight?
i wish rappers fight physically except than dissing each other and when they meet face to face they give each other the pound like nothing happened.
The Game feels you. Thats why he's on some sock on rappers when he catch em slippin shit
