Definite dl's "2. Hold me down 4.5" "7. Bird Bath 4/5" "8. Blow **ft.clipse** 4.25/5" "9. Realist Niggas ft.gillie da kid 3.75/5" "11. Dear lord **ft.scarface**4.5/5" **New Artist Jiggolo** 1. "It's on" - The beat4/5 The hook3.75/5 lyrics3/5 features3.75/5 Content3/5 Overall3.7/5 Its a good intro track to jump into the album its sets the tone w/ a fast paced vibe to it & Decent hook with decent lyrics. The track has rick ross & other crew members flaunting their lyrical ability. 2. "Hold me Down" - The beat4/5 The hook4/5 lyrics4/5 Content4/5 Overall 4/5 Rick Ross gives you a glimpse into his life spitting over great production along with a decent hook and excellent delivery. This tracks overall concept is about him expressing his loyalness to his homeboys & makes you wonder if your home boys should be considered homeboys comopared to his crew. 3."Get that Bread" - The beat 2.5/5 The hook3/5 lyrics3/5 content2.75/5 features3/5 Overall 2.5/5 This track falls into becoming what you call a sleeper track so you skip this track. The hook is the only thing that may keep a listener tuned in long enough to finish the song. Featurs Big duke of boyz n da hood but he just adds to the songs dullness. The track tries spark motivation in the listeners but falls flat with the delivery & production. 4. "skit" I dont see the point in the skit but it was decent it may make a few people laugh. It has a Player setting the record straight with his bitch. 5. "strapped" The beat4/5 The hook3/5 lyrics3.75/5 content4/5 features3/5 Overall 3/5 The track has Rick ross & Noah letting haters know they arent push overs when it comes to rap beef or any beef for that matter. The hook is layed back with great delivery by rick ross & noah which saves the track from becoming a instant skip song.   |

Not to sound like a hater, but I honestly dont see why people like Rick Ross. I respect dude's hustle and all, but i dont see what it is. I havent heard the album or anything so is there any songs of his that I should hear that would maybe change my decision??

I'll give Ross credit for riding the beat the way he does but that's
it. His content is wack. He's hustled, made money, still hustles coke while he sells records. Jeezy's long lost twin. Their content is part of the problem with hip hop today. There used to be anti drug songs, not you're a nobody if you don't sell coke to your own. American Gangster was a cool movie. But did you peep how Frank Lucas helped destroy Harlem? |
