Its an instution...sigh.... I think that the fucking while collar assholes who are the embezzelers of zillions should be incarcerated, but that wasnt the question. I personally dont think their should be prisions. Everyone has a situation. Give "prisioners" like an island or something where they can live in peace respectfully, but if they fuck up, then theyre going back. Like, parole for everyone, except for serieal _____, wither its people who kill or rape just for fucking fun. A self-suficcient island. Dont they teach individuals in instutions? Everyone has a role, a trade. Cooks and cook, cleaners can clean, etc. Under the Lord, theres a plauable solution for everything. Yall have made enough from institutions and those individuals who inhabit them, give the fuck back. WERE ALL HUMAN. I've been institutionalized for no good reason, fuck that shit. |

Well, if you mean in the U.S., then yes. We are a Judeo-Christian society with a set of laws(my conservative answer). And morally speaking, I would have to say yes. It's true that we can't judge a man (liberal) based on his ways and actions, but, we are responsible for keeping order, imo. I guess it depends on what you define as a "gangster".
