T.I. been dropping albums since 2001.. and he been putting out good quality shit except probably 1 album (which u could argue.. about).. he been putting shit out yearlyy for the most part.. out of the 8 years since..only 2 years he hasn't put out an album 2002 and 2005 and the reason why he didn't put out album those 2 years is because 2002 was fresh off his debut album he was still trying to establish himself on mixtape and all that shit and 2005 he was workin on a movie and doing his next album..but he was touring constantly..
This is the question though.. the nigga has been putting out QUALITY material almost yearly.. since 2001.. other rappers for the most part drop shit every 2 years and their shit barely even hot.. usually their first album (which they had an entire lifetime to work on) was the hottest..
Other than him and Jay z.. and of course the exception wayne (since he stay flooding the audience with music) what the hell are the other rappers doing.. taking 2-3 years between album and coming out with albums that are complete ass cheeks..
Forexample Nelly.. you had 4 years sicne your last album to put out a CLASSIC ALBUM bar none..how the hell u come wiht some lukewarm shit.. U HAD 4 years.. T.I. wrote paper trail after he got locked up last november 2007

Some rappers got it, some dont......Nelly's an entertainer, not a rapper....real rappers can make songs all day, any day, on their worst day......Which is why cats like Pac, Juelz, Wayne, T.I., even Jeezy do what they do...naw lemme correct myself, I dont think Nelly has the love for Hip Hop like other artists.....plus he cant spit...
