now im not saying biggest, because he certaintly isnt... but when you look at consistency in these 2 ways: putting out hot singles and consistency of sales, i think he's the one...

you got guys like nelly and luda who used to sell BIG, now how fallen badly...

Even Eminem and 50 cent, the 2 biggest rappers, their last albums sales were down dramatically compared ot before (this may not be very fair, seeing as they sell FAR more than t.i. so its harder to keep up that pace)... but, for them, you can look at music quality... Eminem with encore was a joke... and 50 went from #1 singles like Candy Shop and Lil Bit to garbage like amusement park...

Kanye went from almost a mil last year first week to 500,000 this time... and most ppl say the album is garbage..

But T.I... every since king he's been good for 500,000 first week pretty much... And I dont see him fallin off like luda and nelly did.. His first single is ALWAYS poppin (this is the most impressive thing about him to me)....

Look at the history... 24's, you dont know me (i think bring em out was the official first single, it was a big song but fuck that garbage), What you Know (about that), Big Shit Poppin, No Matter what / Whatever you like....

i dont like t.i.'s character at times, but i think as far as sales and singles, his been the most consistent...
