I have to say, hands down that TDK is the best superhero movie we have, however, prior to TDK, Ironman had blown me away.  Obviously, Joker was amazing.  I think Ironmonger was lackluster, but the actual movie Ironman itself was one of the most exellently done superhero movies that I have ever experienced.  It was certainly MUCH better than the first Nolan Batman Movie.  Had Ledger not been in TDK, I think Ironman might have taken the cake.

Furthermore, with Ledger's passing, I just don't see how they're going to do it again.  Whereas the possibilities for Ironman, esp considering the Avengers, seem endless.  Thoughts?

This is a no brainer,

The first Superman movie is the best hands down.  Of alltime.

It set the standard for how superheroes films get made in story and structure.  Its the blueprint.

And there has never been an actor like Christopher reeves where people looked at him and said "Oh my God!  There goes Superman"...ever!

Greatest superhero film of all time period.
