Which is better Saint's Row 2 or GTA IV

I have played both and I think Saint's Row is better because of the ability to customize so many different things. GTA has a descent story and the controls are good i just prefer the overtop do anything nature of Saints Row.

Both games are hot, but I enjoy SR2 a lil more. GTAIV is that shit tho.
