maybe if he changes the lyrics up for each appearance and make it match specific, it'll stay fresh.  That's how Cena kept the fans interest in his "rap" ability when he was "rappin'" during his entrances.

I mean, Truth doesn't wrestle on every Smackdown, so when he knows he's gonna wrestle, he can come up with a 16 just for that match, and if he's just thrown out into the mix due to a card reshuffling that he wasn't originally of, he could go with the generic rap.

But yeah, his entrance is getting sort of uninspiring lately.

The issue I see with the WWE is that they see most black wrestlers as jive talking homeboys, who act overly 'black' to put over the fact that they are black.  That's how they've been booking them for years.  It's always that a black wrestler has a hard head, talks with a slang, from the ghetto, etc.  The WWE feeds on and shits out the black stereotype.  With the exception of a select few, and more recently, Bobby Lashley, can a black wrestler simply be a wrestler.

Lashley got his image because he looked like Brock Lesnar, so they tried to push him as such, only slowly, because of the ego issue that Brock later developed.  They wanted to job Lashley here and there instead of pushing him to the moon immediately.  Otherwise, most black wrestlers are Cryme Tyme and R-Truth; rapping, dancing, and selling stolen merchandise.

Shelton would probably be a superstar right now if he could talk to the WWE's standards.  Unfortunately, his 'tongue' isn't what the WWE wants in a talking superstar; which I find funny because Jack Swagger speaks with a lisp and he's already won a "major" title.  There is a double standard...........
